Welcome to Burrimo (“the App”). By accessing or using Burrimo, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Burrimo. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Burrimo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Burrimo allows users to submit content including photos, ratings, reviews, and comments. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Burrimo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the App.
Burrimo does not endorse and is not responsible for user-generated content.
All posts require a rating and must reflect a genuine, firsthand experience.
Users may not rate or review burritos where they have a financial, ownership, or employment relationship with the restaurant.
Manipulation of ratings or visibility — including coordinated activity or consistently assigning maximum ratings in a promotional manner — may result in content removal or account termination.
Burrimo provides a reporting feature that allows users to flag content they believe is inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
Burrimo is not obligated to review or remove reported content and reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion.
You may not misuse the App, harass other users, post unlawful or misleading content, or attempt to manipulate rankings or features.
Burrimo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Burrimo is not liable for damages arising from use of the App or from user-generated content.
Burrimo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request account deletion by contacting support@burrimo.com.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
