Welcome to Burrimo (“the App”). By accessing or using Burrimo, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Burrimo. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials confidential.
Burrimo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that harm the integrity of the platform.
Burrimo allows users to submit content including photos, ratings, reviews, comments, and other materials.
You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by submitting content through the App, you grant Burrimo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, reproduce, and promote that content within the App and related services.
User opinions, ratings, and reviews reflect the views of individual users and not Burrimo. Burrimo does not verify the accuracy of user-generated content and assumes no responsibility for statements made by users.
All ratings and reviews must reflect genuine, firsthand experiences.
Users may not rate or review burritos where they have a financial, ownership, or employment relationship with the restaurant.
Manipulation of ratings or visibility — including coordinated activity or consistently assigning maximum ratings in a promotional manner — may result in content removal or account termination.
Burrimo provides tools that allow users to report content they believe is inappropriate or violates these Terms.
Burrimo reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, or moderate content or accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform.
The App may also provide safety tools such as the ability to block other users. When a user is blocked, certain interactions or visibility between accounts may be restricted.

The compilation and organization of information within Burrimo may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Burrimo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Burrimo does not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information, ratings, location data, menu items, hours, or user-generated content.
Burrimo is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of food or services provided by restaurants listed or reviewed within the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burrimo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Burrimo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the integrity of the platform.

Users may submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Burrimo. Submission of feedback does not create any obligation for Burrimo to compensate the user, and Burrimo may develop similar features independently.
These Terms may be updated periodically. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
